These tasks reflect the diverse responsibilities a Project Manager in Network and Digital connectivity systems might handle, combining technical expertise with leadership and strategic thinking. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R.". 120.15 is required. "US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Basic Qualifications Experience in managing complex project schedules and managing large scale program and projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong executive presentation skills. Hands‑on experience with one or more dashboarding/data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Grafana) and basic SQL skills for querying data sources. 5+ years in program/product/technical program management, analytics program management, or similar role. 5+ years' experience in advising and influencing managers or non‑managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems. Preferred Qualifications PMP or Project Management Certification. Experience with Microsoft Project and other work management tools, such as JIRA or Azure Dev Ops (ADO). Experience working with international teams and stakeholders. Background in change management and enabling organizations to adopt dashboards and data‑driven processes. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations. Master's degree in a related field.
