US Field Medical Operational Excellence Director

Pfizer seeks a US Field Medical Operational Excellence Director to support the development and execution of strategic medical initiatives across multiple markets. The role combines project management, financial oversight, and organizational expertise to ensure seamless implementation of medical affairs plans while managing enablement systems and compliance across field teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive alignment of goals and priorities across medical affairs categories and asset teams with cross-functional partners
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures and processes to support medical affairs strategy and execution
- Manage financial planning, forecasting, and budget tracking for assigned assets or field medical areas
- Oversee field medical enablement systems (CLM, One Med, SharePoint) and lead implementation of new capabilities
- Serve as compliance and governance lead for US specialty care field medical teams, liaising with legal and compliance
Requirements
- Project management and organizational development experience
- Financial management and budget forecasting capability
- Knowledge of medical affairs operations and compliance requirements
- Experience with enterprise systems (CLM, SharePoint, or similar platforms)
- Change management and process improvement expertise
- Strong stakeholder relationship and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations and documentation
