Owning and managing AI-powered support tools, the remote Support AI Analyst will optimize customer and agent experiences through automation initiatives, monitor AI performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Manage Support AI tools, including chatbots and workflow automation solutions Monitor AI performance and effectiveness using defined KPIs Identify and develop AI-driven solutions for repetitive support workflows Required qualifications 1-2 years of experience in customer support or business operations within the financial services industry Experience with AI tools, chatbots, or automation platforms Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for actionable insights Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk is a plus Familiarity with APIs and automation concepts is preferred
