Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) with Employer Match Company-paid Life and AD&D Insurance Company-paid Short-Term Disability Insurance Company contribution toward Long-Term Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program Paid Holidays PTO Paid Training and Career Development Work/Life Balance Overtime Pay Responsibilities/Essential Functions Install and maintain tires on cars, trucks, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and rotating tires according to manufacturer specifications and shop procedures Perform basic tire services such as puncture repairs, valve replacements, and tire pressure assessments Follow safety protocols and comply with OSHA and company standards, including wearing protective gear and handling equipment and tools safely Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are in proper working order Communicate vehicle and vehicle repair information to other service employees as needed Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must be willing to participate in a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team. Must possess the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
