Support Engineer

Accountabilities Provide technical support to users by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving a wide range of software, infrastructure, and system‑related issues. Monitor system performance and utilize diagnostic tools, logs, and monitoring platforms to investigate and resolve incidents. Ensure the stability, availability, and reliability of IT infrastructure and business‑critical services. Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and other internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges. Document troubleshooting procedures, resolutions, and technical knowledge to support operational efficiency. Maintain composure and effectiveness when managing incidents in high‑pressure or time‑sensitive situations. Stay current with evolving technologies and continuously develop technical expertise to support changing business needs. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support, systems support, or IT operations role. Strong administration‑level knowledge of both Windows and Linux operating systems. Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting methodologies. Experience using monitoring, logging, and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve technical issues. Hands‑on experience working with Oracle databases, including SQL and PL/SQL. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) environments. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to quickly identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical users.
