- Hourly Pay: $23.00/hour
- Shift Pay Differential (swing, grave, roto + $0.85 - $1.05/hour depending on shift)

- Opportunity for Advancement We're looking for people who want to build a career herenot just a job. After 90 days, high-performing team members may have opportunities to advance with a pay increase to $24.59/hour. Other pathways include increased responsibility, additional training and skill development including Electrician, Boiler and Millwright apprenticeship opportunities based on business needs and performance.
This role includes a variety of tasks that support the production process, including:
- Performing production duties in a fast-paced, modern industrial environment
- Cleanup/housekeeping and maintaining a safe, organized work area
- Following all safety requirements, policies, and supervisor directions
- Completing physically demanding work as needed to support operations
- Basic Qualifications Safety- and team-oriented with a demonstrated consistent work history and/or education Ability to follow directions and adhere to high safety standards Willing and available to work weekends and any shift Must be 18 years or older
- Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a physically demanding maintenance, production, or manufacturing role
