Clinical and pharmacokinetic dosing experience Therapeutic medication monitoring IV medication preparation and compounding Knowledge of IV piggyback and IV push medications Strong knowledge of medication safety and pharmacy practices Ability to work independently during night shifts Secondary (Good to Have): Experience in retail or mail-order pharmacy Skilled nursing facility pharmacy experience Experience with sterile compounding Experience working with electronic pharmacy or medication management systems POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care and support safe and effective medication management. The ideal candidate will have experience with clinical dosing, therapeutic monitoring, IV medication preparation, and compounding. This position follows a night shift, 7-on/7-off schedule . ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness. Perform clinical and pharmacokinetic dosing as required. Monitor therapeutic drug levels and recommend appropriate medication adjustments. Prepare and compound intravenous medications according to established standards. Prepare and dispense IV piggyback and IV push medications. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy. Ensure compliance with medication safety standards and pharmacy procedures. Maintain accurate documentation and support safe medication management. Float within scope of practice as needed.
