As an IT Desktop Technician, you will provide front-line technical support for clinical and administrative teams and help maintain critical systems including EPIC EHR. What You Will Do \u003cpYou'll provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting services to maintain the performance and reliability of desktop systems and end-user technology across the organization.\u003c/p\u003e \u003cli> Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, remote tools, and in-person assistance\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli> Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, mobile device, and connectivity issues\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli> Support EPIC EHR users by addressing access, performance, and workflow-related concerns\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli> Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and standard productivity applications\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli> Deploy, image, and configure computers and other end-user devices\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli> Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and issue resolutions within the ticketing system\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli> Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli> Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and account provisioning\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli> Ensure compliance with HIPAA requirements, security policies, and organizational IT standards\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli> Deliver professional, customer-focused support to clinicians, staff, and business users\u003c/li\u003e A Typical Day \u003cpRespond to support requests, troubleshoot technical issues, deploy devices, support users, and work with IT colleagues to maintain a secure and reliable technology environment.\u003c/p\u003e Schedule \u003cul>\u003cli> Hybrid role, Monday through Friday\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli> Occasional travel between locations\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli> Occasional after-hours support\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli> Potential on-call rotation\u003c/li\u003e Why This Role Matters \u003cpThis role helps ensure employees have reliable, secure technology to support excellent patient care.\u003c/p\u003e Qualifications \u003c/h3> What You'll Bring \u003cul>\u003cli> Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli> Minimum 2 years of desktop support experience\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli> Strong Windows and Microsoft Office troubleshooting skills\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli> Experience with ticketing and remote support tools\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli> Excellent communication and customer service skills\u003c/li\u003e Preferred Qualifications \u003cul>\u003cli> EPIC EHR support experience\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli> CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli> Healthcare IT experience\u003c/li\u003e #J-18808-Ljbffr
