We are a CPA Firm with an opening in our West Dundee office for a full‑time, in‑office Accountant. We work with our staff to provide a work‑life balance. For more than 44 years, we have served as a trusted partner to our clients. Responsibilities Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual compilation financial statements using Accounting CS and QuickBooks Desktop and Online. Client interaction, working with individuals and small/medium‑sized businesses in all areas of accounting, tax, and compliance. Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills in a fast‑paced environment with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality in all work products. Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience), annual reviews and bonuses, 401(k) plus matching provision, and PTO provisions. Job Skills Accounting degree is required. Minimum 2 years bookkeeping/accounting experience in a professional financial service or accounting environment. Experience preparing business, individual, and trust tax returns. Experience with tax and accounting software packages; UltraTax, Accounting CS, and QuickBooks Desktop and Online. Experience in payroll and sales tax preparation and review.
