About the Position

Job Title

Travel Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical Telemetry (Float Pool) – Nights

Location

Tucson, Arizona

Schedule / Job Type

Contract – 13 Weeks | Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Three 12-hour shifts per week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on Medical/Surgical Telemetry units with a patient ratio of 6:1
• Float between multiple facilities within the health system as assigned
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient outcomes
• Complete 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule as part of the rotation requirement

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license (or compact license eligible for Arizona practice)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Medical/Surgical or Telemetry
• Willingness to float between departments and multiple facilities
• Ability to start by June 29, 2026 or sooner (within 2 weeks of offer acceptance preferred)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic medical records (EMR)
• Prior travel nursing experience in a float pool setting
