6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Shift Available Cornerstone Caregiving is hiring dedicated caregivers exclusively for the 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM morning shift. This position is tailored specifically for individuals seeking dedicated morning employment—whether you are balancing afternoon commitments, managing family schedules, or simply looking to focus your work hours early in the day. Join our compassionate team to provide vital support when our clients need it most, while keeping your afternoons and evenings free. Morning Shift Benefits 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Schedule: Guarantee your afternoons and evenings remain completely open Competitive Pay & Weekly Direct Deposit: Premium earnings paid out every week, plus intervisit travel pay Immediate Shift Start: Fast-track hiring process to get you working right away Caregiver Incentives: Referral bonuses, monthly caregiver appreciation prizes, and drawing entries Varied Shift Options: In-home and facility shifts available based on your local area Benefits Package: Options available for eligible team members Responsibilities and Duties Provide consistent, reliable morning companionship and client engagement Assist clients with morning personal care and hygiene routines Prepare healthy breakfast and lunch meals and manage morning nutritional needs Complete light housekeeping to keep the home environment clean and safe Help clients safely navigate mobility in and around their living space Provide timely medication reminders Adapt to additional non-medical care needs as requested Qualifications and Requirements Proven caregiving experience (family, facility, or agency settings) Full, consistent availability for the 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM schedule Strong communication and interpersonal skills Deep patience, empathy, and professional integrity Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations Must successfully pass a background check Desired Attributes 100% dependable and punctual for morning shifts Self-motivated, proactive, and confident Trustworthy, respectful, and compassionate Focused on delivering high-quality, person-centered care Competitive compensation based on experience.
