Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Friday through Monday
• Four 10-hour shifts
• Weekend responsibilities required
• Outpatient only
• EMR: EPIC
• Floating to another nearby location as needed

Location Highlights

Gold Beach sits along the southern Oregon coast at the mouth of the Rogue River and offers direct access to coastal and river recreation. Samuel H. Boardman State Scenic Corridor is about 30 miles south and features named stops like Natural Bridges and Secret Beach. Cape Sebastian State Scenic Corridor is about 15 miles south and provides ocean viewpoints and hiking access above the Pacific. The town offers a quieter coastal setting with fishing, kayaking, and jet boat access on the Rogue River, while U.S. Route 101 connects the area to Brookings and other South Coast communities.
