Medical Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description Job Description The Front Desk Receptionists ensure a warm welcoming atmosphere as they are the first people seen when a patient arrives. They register patients, collect copays, answer telephone calls promptly and courteously, relay all messages accurately, schedule appointments, keep updated records of insurance cards, and check out patients after appointments. Familiarity with Allscripts software program is a plus. Prior experience and knowledge of medical terminology are preferred but we will train the right candidate. High School Diploma or equivalent and strong, verbal, written and interpersonal skill are required. We are seeking individuals who are RELIABLE and DEPENDABLE.
