Substitute Member Services Representative

Job Summary:Responsibilities:We're seeking a Substitute Member Services Representative to join our team! As our new Substitute Member Services Representative you will:Assist and respond to customer issues and inquiriesCreate awareness of the Center through community outreach and connectivityGrow profit centers through promotion of club services to new and prospective membersDeliver an exceptional customer service experience for club membersSustain and support membership retention through member engagementProvide personalized site tours for potential membersPerform other tasks as assignedThe Ideal Candidate will have:At least one year of experience in a customer service based roleA dynamic personality: enthusiastic, energetic, friendly & personableThe ability to multi-task; goal-oriented and self-directedThe ability to connect with, inspire and motivate others with strong listening and interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessionalism: polished appearance and phone mannerFlexibility: able to work evenings, weekends and holidaysResidents of California, Colorado, New York, and Washington: Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $16.00/hour to $24.00/hour. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
