Senior Quality Manager - Aerospace & Defense
CMI Group Aerospace & Defense
CMI Group in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the quality function for a multisite defense/aerospace operation. You will set quality strategy, ensure AS9100 and NADCAP compliance, drive COPQ reduction, and serve as the primary contact for customer and supplier quality matters. You will lead a team of Quality Engineers, Inspectors, CMM technicians, and programmers, partnering with Engineering and Manufacturing to meet site objectives.
