Inventory & Demand Planner II

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and supply chain industry, is seeking a Inventory & Demand Planner II to join their team. As a Inventory & Demand Planner II, you will be part of the Planning Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solutions-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Inventory & Demand Planner II What's the Job? Manage order entry, production scheduling, and inventory allocation to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. Leverage ERP systems to produce, analyze reports, and support KPI tracking for operational efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally to align production schedules with capacity and customer commitments. Support continuous improvement initiatives and lead or participate in Kaizen events to enhance processes. Serve as the primary point of contact for tolling customers on daily operational matters, including scheduling and issue resolution. What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 3-6 years of experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments or contract manufacturing. Proficiency with ERP systems, especially Business Central, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills to influence and build relationships across departments.
