Position: Account Representative: Customer Service and Sales

We have 2 office locations & are hiring for both offices!
Cincinnati (Hyde Park) and Mason, OH

Position: Full-Time, office hours 9 - 5

We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Service and Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team at our Hyde Park and Mason locations.

Job Description:
As a Service and Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing outstanding customer service while driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, recommend products and services, and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals. Make outbound calls & emails.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; must be able to obtain Ohio Insurance Licenses
• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
