Key Responsibilities\nAs an LICSW, your primary focus will be to provide empathetic psychotherapy and support to individuals facing various mental health challenges within the detox environment. Your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professional integrity in managing client information. \n
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing staff to create a holistic treatment approach that enhances client welfare. \n
- Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to refine treatment strategies and improve the quality of care. \n
- Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care. \n

Your work will directly impact individuals battling substance use disorders and various comorbid mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. The client population is diverse, coming from various backgrounds and presenting a range of challenges requiring sensitive and skilled intervention. - A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating your foundational knowledge and commitment to the profession. \n
