Our Wilmington Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care- delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

We're hiring caring and compassionate nurses to support our pediatric and adult clients throughout the Wilmington region.

Schedule: Both day and overnight opportunities are available. Full-time and part-time options available. Flexible scheduling: Let us know which days or nights work best for you!

Pay: Starting pay: $31-33 per hour (client-specific)

What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits? Traditional shifts (4's, 8's, 10's or 12's), hands-on care with only one client per day, building client relationships and watching their milestones

What your day looks like at BAYADA: Travel to one client's home near you on a schedule you choose, follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders, perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions, document observations, interventions, and evaluations, feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home

Qualifications for a private duty RN: Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma, a current nursing license in good standing in the state of North Carolina, one year of experience working as a Registered Nurse
