Global Launch Excellence Leader & PCAP Strategist

Elanco is seeking a Senior Launch Leader to guide cross-functional teams and drive successful product introductions for animal health across the US and global markets. The role requires a Bachelor's in Veterinary Science with PMP certification and 5+ years of product-launch experience in the pharmaceutical/veterinary sector. You will lead launch readiness, coordinate PCAP activities, and report metrics to senior stakeholders.
