Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Summary

A global organization is seeking a hands-on Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its team in Miami. This role involves managing a high volume of hiring needs across multiple departments, supporting the company's growth. The ideal candidate will be comfortable owning the full recruiting process, working closely with hiring managers, and handling multiple active searches in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for approximately 10 to 15+ open requisitions at any given time.
• Recruit for various corporate functions including human resources, finance, marketing, operations, and select technical roles.
• Proactively source candidates through professional networks, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct candidate screenings to assess experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
• Coordinate candidates throughout the interview and hiring process to ensure a smooth experience.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and facilitate efficient search processes.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
• Ability to handle multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing skills through various channels such as professional networks and job boards.
• Excellent candidate screening and evaluation abilities.
• Effective collaboration skills with hiring managers and team members.
• Experience recruiting across different functions and roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in fast-paced and high-volume recruiting environments.
• Knowledge of structured enterprise problem-solving methodologies (or similar frameworks).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
