Join Our Client in Andover as a Rubber Manufacturing Machine Technician

Picture your shift: you arrive, review the day’s production run, confirm the technical drawings, and bring a complex piece of equipment smoothly up to speed. Throughout the day, you make precise adjustments, verify measurements, inspect output, and keep a vigilant eye on quality and safety. When a machine hints at a problem, you catch it early—preventing defects and keeping production on track.

• Safely operate and continuously monitor rubber manufacturing machinery for consistent throughput and quality.
• Interpret and follow technical drawings, work instructions, and production specifications with accuracy.
• Set up equipment, perform adjustments, and maintain stable machine operations as conditions change.
• Inspect finished parts to confirm they meet defined quality standards.
• Use basic math and measurement tools to verify dimensions and process settings.
• Identify and report equipment issues, defects, or production variances promptly.
• Keep the work area clean, orderly, and compliant with safety expectations.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.

• Training Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 PM–5:00 AM
• Regular Schedule After Training: Thursday–Sunday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM

Role based on-site with our client in Andover.

• Prior experience in machine operation or manufacturing (preferred).
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed work instructions.
• Solid basic math and measuring capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in following procedures.
• Comfort working independently and collaborating within a team.

• Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift.
• Occasional sitting, bending, kneeling, and related movements.
• Continuous visual focus to oversee equipment, inspect parts, and catch defects.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Material handling familiarity
• CNC machine setup and changeover
• Understanding of machine geometry and alignment
• Exposure to metal casting processes
• Blueprint reading
