Engineering Coordinator

Four Seasons Hotel At The Surf ClubProvide support and clerical expertise to Engineering Department and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policiesWhat you will do:Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards.Communicate to Engineers on duty and keep a log of all details pertaining to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner.Handle the calendars for the Dir of Engineering and Asst.
