Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator at Draeger, an Equal Opportunity Employer. The role is based in Telford, PA, hybrid with 2‑3 days in office. The position supports the North American medical marketing team, driving core departmental logistics and operations, including marketing campaign support, vendor and PO coordination, and customer‑facing program support. The coordinator will work across departments and coordinate marketing campaigns, manage the shared calendar, vendor setup, create presentations, and support customer visits and broadcasts. Key Responsibilities Drive core departmental operations: workflows, PO and budget processing, team calendar, vendor approvals, facility requests, oversight of marketing premises. Collaborate cross‑functionally to execute marketing programs: process outbound/inbound materials, campaign mailings, sales materials, manage promotional items, support variant pricing SharePoint site. Own the master departmental calendar and responsibilities for vendor setup and POs, legal contract archiving, pricing documentation, supplies, distribution lists. Create marketing presentations and reporting for VP of Marketing, executive meetings and customer engagements. Ensure collaboration and communication for Telford‑based marketing programs, including customer presentations, aligning with facilities, demos, coordinators. Mentor new hires and cross‑functional staff at the coordinator level on core systems and processes (budget, PO, meeting reservations). Back‑up logistics for Telford‑based customer visits and broadcasts from Draeger Design Center – scheduling, screening, accommodation, premises management. Perform other duties as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2+ years of experience coordinating large, cross‑functional teams. Experience with project planning and/or budget planning software is a plus. Working knowledge of core marketing functions and competencies is a plus. Advanced project management and multi‑tasking capabilities. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
