Our organization is actively looking for board-certified or board-eligible Pediatricians to become part of our medical team in the Portland, Oregon area.
Candidates should possess experience in telehealth and digital health, or demonstrate a willingness to integrate these technologies into their practice. Additionally, familiarity with wellness care and acute visits is essential.
As a member of our team, Pediatricians will benefit from:
Projected Annual Total Rewards Value: $287,000 - $348,000*
Base Salary: $220,600 - $250,700
21% employer contribution to retirement plans, including a pension (This is not a matching contribution; our organization adds an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement plans, independent of employee contributions)
Health plan with over 90% employer coverage
Paid annual education leave along with an annual education allowance
In addition to the projected annual total rewards, New Hire Incentives include:
