Work Location Onsite Compensation Hourly positions: the Maintaining Tech I role ranges between $27.21 to $40.81 per hour, plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential. The Maintaining Tech III role ranges between $30.28 to $50.48 per hour, plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential. Position Details We are searching for experienced maintenance technicians for the 3rd shift (11:00 pm to 7:30 am) Monday‑Friday. In this role, you will report to the Facilities Supervisor. Responsibilities Respond to system issues involving conveyors, PIE, sortation and controls. Perform basic troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and control system components of the conveyor system and building components. Be a subject‑matter expert for conveyors, cross‑belt system, Dematic Multi‑Shuttle System, Goods‑to‑Person System. Operate all material handling and mobile equipment within the distribution center. Work at heights and in unusual positions. Apply safe work practices, lockout/tagout (LOTO) standards and Arc Flash. Follow codes such as NEC, BOCA and UBC, MSDS and OSHA. Design, implement, and document PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradley) programming changes to automated equipment when authorized. Troubleshoot, and implement changes to I/O device networks such as Probus, Data Highway, and CanBus. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of building and equipment maintenance with at least 2 years maintaining Dematic or similar conveyor systems. 2+ years of experience with AC drives (setup, programming, faults). Familiarity with Microsoft and CMMS programs. Experience with power distribution, power generation, control circuits, electrical test equipment, hand tools, power tools, calipers, and gauges. Experience reading and interpreting mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEO) drawings and schematics. Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages typically weighing 50‑75 lbs. Successful completion of the maintenance skill evaluation. Work Environment Must tolerate an environment with exposure to heat, cold, noise, dust and work around moving equipment. Position must operate in compliance with OSHA and hazardous materials guidelines. Able to work in a team environment. Tools and uniform are provided.
