Route Sales Rep

Full‑Time, Worcester, MA, US Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually You will be delivering New England's favorite bulky rolls and other bread products to retail, restaurant, and institutional channel businesses on a pre‑determined established route. We have openings in our Worcester distribution depot for box truck drivers. Must be friendly and have good attention to detail. The chosen candidate will be responsible for ensuring customers receive orders on time and in the quantities they have ordered. Calise will depend on you to successfully manage time‑sensitive deliveries and assure fresh product conditions in retail outlets. This is a full‑time, base‑plus commission position with Sundays and most Wednesdays off. Previous experience preferred, but not required. No CDL required. Excellent benefits including vacation (PTO) and holiday pay. Free package of bread each day. Requirements Execute established Company safety, sales, and marketing strategies Operate Company vehicles in a safe and courteous manner Responsible for reporting to work on time to meet the needs of the business. Early mornings required.
