Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and production equipment
• Work with wood and lumber throughout the manufacturing process
• Load, unload, and move materials using a forklift
• Inspect products and perform basic quality checks
• Monitor equipment and report any issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Experience in production, manufacturing, carpentry, construction, or general labor preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Comfortable working with wood and lumber materials
• Ability to use hand tools and follow safety procedures
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
