Active Massachusetts PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Client requires prior experience with restorative programs, transfers and mobility training, and fall prevention strategies. This experience is preferred. Ability to follow PT-established plans of care and document per facility and state requirements. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
