Accounting Manager — Hybrid, SOX & Close Leader

Aera Therapeutics, based in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a seasoned accounting professional to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Accounting, you will own the monthly and quarterly close, manage the general ledger and sub-ledgers, and ensure accurate financial processing in a hybrid office setting. This role involves preparing internal and external reporting, analyzing variances, supporting budget tracking and CRO/CMO contracts, and assisting with SOX controls and audit #J-18808-Ljbffr Aera Therapeutics
