Job Description

·         Oversee staffing for the Production Department to meet customer demand. This includes both hourly and salary production roles.

·         Fulfill the duties of the Facility Manager in his/her absence.

·         Serve as liaison between the production personnel and staff on matters of communication, decisions, and policies.

·         Prioritize, schedule, and delegate work assignments.

·         Ensure the continuous improvement of methods and processes.

·         Ensure compliance with all company safety standards, housekeeping programs, work rules and regulations, providing a safe and clean workplace and complying with all regulatory agencies by leading by example and following up.

·         Participate in and support food safety auditing in a timely manner.

·         Communicate with procurement regarding raw material needs or deficiencies.

What We're Looking For

·         Four- year degree preferred.

·         Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management.

·         Strong organizational and planning skills.

·         Previous management/supervisory experiences a must.
