Tractor Technician

Responsibilities Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair a fleet of dry‑van and flat‑bed semi‑trucks and trailer bodies, including systems and components. Perform preventative, warrantable, and accident‑related maintenance. Inspect suspension, wheel‑end, braking, and structural components to meet company and DOT specifications. Test equipment for performance issues and ensure DOT compliance. Demonstrate self‑motivation, punctuality, and willingness to learn. Provide the safest and most efficient trucks/trailers to drivers and customers. Utilize OEM diagnostic platforms for troubleshooting and repair and engage in continuous learning through training opportunities. Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment. Requirements Minimum of two years of verifiable experience in the trailer repair industry. Must possess required tooling applicable to listed repairs (main air tools provided).
