It supports research intended to develop low volume production and R&D prototyping for purposes of advancing the state of the art as well as being compatible with the needs of industrial advancement in the field. This is a multidisciplinary position that covers several processing modules and must work with other functional areas such as design, integration, and product development. This position will answer directly to the MUSiC Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The Process Engineer III requires expertise in growing high-purity epitaxial layers. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of progressive, hands-on experience in epitaxial process development and manufacturing, with demonstrated expertise in establishing, stabilizing, and scaling high-purity epitaxial growth processes suitable for advanced power device applications.This job will require the supervision of employees as the MUSiC team grows. This position is weather essential and may require being on call for equipment issues as needed.
