If you're passionate about AI and eager to make a significant impact, the Infosys SURE unit is the perfect place for you to grow and excelJob DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transferYour contribution to the team: Expertise in ERP systems, architecture, and advanced customization techniques Ability to design complex integration solutions and guide large-scale data migrations Proactive problem-solving to streamline complex requirements A strategic mindset to align technical solutions with business goals and market trends. Deep understanding of compliance requirements, security protocols, and performance optimization methodologies Sector specific expertise for high quality project deliveryRequired Skill and ExperienceExperience in SAP CR&B implementation programs in at least one of the modules of ISU FICAExperience across Electricity (preferred), or Gas or Water Utilities industries, North AmericaExperience of at least 1 end to end lifecycle implementation activities including:Requirement gatheringBusiness process designSAP configurationRICEFW Functional designSystems and Integration TestingResolving production issuesExperience in setup of Org Structure, GL setup & IntegrationExperience in Cash journal, Clearing Control, Account Assignment and Setup of Direct Debit Payments.Strong Understanding of Dunning Process, Collection, Installment Plan.Setup of Main & Sub transaction Experience in analyzing issue in Billing & Invoicing process.Good Experience in Invoice Layout & Bill Print.Preferred Skill and ExperienceStrong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills.Strong analytical skills with ability to work in advanced excel based data analysis of SAP ISU data.Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore.Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day.Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
