Cloudz Smoke Shop is hiring dependable, customer-focused Evening Sales Associates. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, can work independently and is comfortable handling closing responsibilities.

Required Availability

• Must be available to work scheduled shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
• Must have open availability on Sundays
• Must be dependable and arrive on time for every scheduled shift
• Must have reliable personal transportation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
• Assist customers with product questions and recommendations
• Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately handle cash and card transactions
• Check identification and follow all age-verification requirements
• Restock products and maintain organized displays
• Keep the sales floor, counters and register area clean
• Monitor merchandise and follow loss-prevention procedures
• Complete assigned closing duties
• Follow all store policies and applicable regulations

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and responsible
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable working independently during evening hours
• Able to learn product information quickly
• Previous retail, smoke-shop or sales experience is preferred but not required
• Must meet all legal requirements for working around and selling age-restricted products

We need someone who takes attendance and punctuality seriously. Please do not apply if you regularly have transportation issues, cannot work until midnight or do not have open Sunday availability.
