Compensation & Incentives

Salary Range:

• $61,776 – $98,841 annually (based on experience)

• $33.00 – $52.80 hourly (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care before, during, and after diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures

• Assist with cardiac catheterizations, PCI procedures, pacemaker insertions, TEE/cardioversions, and other cardiovascular interventions

• Monitor hemodynamic status, cardiac rhythms, and patient response throughout procedures

• Administer and monitor moderate sedation in accordance with established protocols

• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition and emergency situations

• Collaborate with physicians, cath lab staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Educate patients and families regarding procedures, recovery expectations, medications, and discharge instructions

• Maintain accurate documentation utilizing EPIC electronic medical records

Requirements

• Active Delaware RN License or Compact RN License

• BLS Certification (Required)

• ACLS Certification (Required)

• Previous Cath Lab, Critical Care, Emergency Department, ICU, CVICU, Telemetry, or Cardiac Nursing experience preferred

• Strong assessment, hemodynamic monitoring, and critical-thinking skills

• Ability to participate in call rotation
