We are seeking a Fee-For-Service Attending Physician/Medical Director for a clinical role in a sub-acute, long-term care setting. Responsibilities include overseeing patient care and ensuring high-quality clinical services working with the Center Medical Director to implement programs and standards assessing patients promptly and maintaining complete documentation collaborating with staff, hospitals, and community organizations adhering to compliance, legal, and regulatory policies serving as a role model and promoting the mission of improved health outcomes performing duties assigned by leadership Qualifications include MD or DO degree Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine preferred geriatrics specialization is a plus Skills required involve clinical expertise in LTC strong communication and leadership abilities compliance with policies and standards Benefits encompass performance-based incentive program health plans paid time off CME support licensing reimbursements malpractice insurance retirement plans Note: Salary range is USD $200,000 annually. #J-18808-Ljbffr CARIN Alliance
