Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) for Hospice and Palliative Care of Martha's Vineyard in Tisbury, Massachusetts.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide compassionate hospice and palliative nursing care for patients in their homes, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities throughout Martha's Vineyard.
- Complete comprehensive nursing assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and coordinate services with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and hospice team members.
- Educate patients and families on symptom management, disease progression, medications, and end-of-life care.
- Deliver comfort-focused nursing interventions while supporting patients and loved ones through every stage of the hospice journey.
- Maintain accurate documentation while collaborating within an experienced interdisciplinary hospice team.
- Become part of a respected nonprofit hospice dedicated to providing exceptional end-of-life care throughout the island community.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Competitive salary from $85,000-$97,000 .

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum two years of hospice, oncology, home health, or closely related nursing experience.
- Excellent assessment, communication, and end-of-life care skills.
- Ability to work independently throughout home and facility settings.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered hospice care.
