This remarkable opportunity enables you to craft the future of our AI platform, GSmart, powering smart features across our enterprise treasury products. You will be involved in greenfield projects, bringing insight and focus to undefined problems. You will also work hand-in-hand with product and solution teams to convert customer challenges into fluid technical solutions.ResponsibilitiesOwn the AI platform roadmap and delivery end to endEnsure platform AI is measurable and dependableWork together with product and solution teams to address real customer challengesEnable teams to build on the platform and own their deliverablesHire, mentor, and grow the platform ai engineering teamStay actively involved and contribute to architecture and full-stack production codeRequirements7+ years of software engineering experience, including full-stack development and AI/ML platform infrastructure2+ years of engineering management experienceStrong full-stack development skills — front-end through back-end and APIs — with solid cloud infrastructure experienceExperience operating AI systems in productionDeep, current command of AI and modern LLM/GenAI infrastructureJoin us and play a role in advancing the future growth of AI platform engineering at Ripple Labs Inc.!For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.
