The Hotel Front Desk Team Leader will have minimal supervision. This role is responsible for exercising independent judgment to manage the daily operations related to optimally operating the front desk. The ideal candidate understands, appreciates, and embraces our vision, mission, and values. You will act as a leader who is a self-starter and understands the position requires 24-hour availability. Compensation:
$19 - $21 hourly
Responsibilities:- Perform administrative tasks, including reviewing timecards and completing operational checklists.
- Inspect "back of house" areas to ensure brand and company standards are being met.
- Training, mentoring, and supervising front desk staff.
- Promoting and marketing the business.
- Communicate daily with team members to maintain high service standards and foster teamwork.
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hotel or hospitality industry preferred.
- Proven customer service skills with a guest-focused mindset.
- Expert-level knowledge of general hotel industry practices and policies.
