Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high‑quality rehabilitative care for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. In collaboration with Physical Therapists, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities to improve safety, independence, and quality of life. You will document progress, educate patients and families, and partner with an interdisciplinary care team in a supportive, patient-centered culture that values dignity, clinical excellence, teamwork, and professional growth.
