MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Job Details Managing the site-wide maintenance function, including, packaging, process, mechanical, electrical, building maintenance and stationary engineering Ensuring regulatory compliance re: health & safety, and environmental standards Working with outside engineering & technical services as needed Build the Maintenance team’s technical & functional capabilities Assume total responsibility for the Maintenance Department budget ensuring proper expenditures and accountability Strategic development of the maintenance department to a best-in-class level Focus on the development of the Maintenance team to continually improve maintenance strategies and equipment efficiencies. Support teamwork between Maintenance and other O&H Danish Bakery departments. Enjoys working with others and sees team work as a more productive environment. Can recognize others achievements and improvements as well as dealing with conflict effectively The ability to communicate effectively at all levels through excellent active listening skills, communication and facilitation skills High degree of computer & systems knowledge Familiarity with 5S and Lean Practices A builder and strong leader, committed to improving operating efficiencies through effective PM / PDM An effective team player with a good sense of priorities, able to manage well under pressure with a proven track record in managing people Experience managing budget, planning and strong communications skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
