Summary:

**Required Experience and Skills:** - 2 years of experience. - Experience with Cerner electronic medical records (EMR). **Preferred Experience:** - Charge Nurse experience. **Certifications and Qualifications:** - Trauma Level III Certified. - Stroke Receiving. - STEMI Receiving. - NIH (National Institutes of Health) is not required, but recommended. **Leadership Experience:** - Demonstrates critical thinking skills and leadership in the anticipation and planning for the safe delivery of care. **Clinical Experience:** - Experience in an Emergency Room setting, providing care as outlined by the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. **Other Skills:** - Ability to delegate patient care priorities based on the education and experience of staff available. - Ability to provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
