Sr. Director, Global Commercial Supply & OEM
Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc
Senior Director responsible for global commercial strategy and profitable growth across Thermo Fisher Scientific's OEM and Advanced Therapeutics businesses. The role encompasses global strategy development, commercial leadership of sales and business development teams, strategic customer partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration across business units and regions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies aligned with divisional priorities for OEM and therapeutics segments
- Lead global sales and business development organization with accountability for revenue, pipeline and forecast accuracy
- Build and maintain executive relationships with strategic OEM, biotech, pharmaceutical and diagnostics customers
- Lead complex, multiyear commercial negotiations involving product sales, supply agreements and licensing arrangements
- Drive cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, product, R&D, operations and regulatory functions
Requirements
- Proven experience leading global commercial organizations and complex matrix teams
- Track record of setting and executing business strategy in life sciences or diagnostics
- Demonstrated success in strategic account management and large customer negotiations
- Experience with commercial supply, OEM partnerships, or pharmaceutical/biotech markets
- Strong financial acumen and ability to drive profitable growth and pricing strategy
- Experience building and scaling high-performing sales and business development teams
