Job Overview As an Applebee's Dishwasher / General Utility, you will help keep our back of house clean and operating smoothly. You need to be a great communicator and work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Assist with cleaning and maintaining the back of house to support smooth operations. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Perform additional general utility tasks as needed. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Able to communicate effectively with others. Committed to making an impact. Must be able to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four hours. Can safely reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in a hot and damp environment. Possesses finger and hand dexterity to use small tools and equipment. Able to wear protective hand coverings and face coverings throughout shift. Able to wash hands with disinfecting soap regularly. Compensation Applebee's® Dishwashers start at minimum wage up to $24/hour, plus tip‑out. Benefits Competitive wages (plus tips). Health care benefits. Flexible schedule. Meal discounts.
