Our client, a fast-growing consumer products company, is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to support the successful execution of customer orders and retailer-facing operations. This role will oversee order processing, shipment coordination, issue resolution, and communication with internal partners to ensure timely delivery and exceptional service. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of experience in tangible product markets and customer operations. Location: Newton, MA | Work Model: Hybrid | Degree: Preferred Responsibilities Manage customer orders and operational requests throughout the order lifecycle. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure accurate and timely execution. Respond to customer inquiries and provide status updates on service-related matters. Investigate and resolve order, inventory, and fulfillment issues. Maintain accurate records within business systems. Support reporting and process documentation activities. Contribute to operational improvements that enhance customer experience and efficiency. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer operations, order management, logistics, supply chain, sales support, or customer service. Strong communication skills and experience interacting directly with customers, clients, vendors, or retail partners. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Excel and business systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness. Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills and accountability.
