Job OpportunityNortheast Georgia Health System is rooted in a foundation of improving the health of our communities.About the Role:Is under the direct supervision of the Medical Transport Supervisor. Should have knowledge of treatment and stabilization of all patients, as well as all definitive techniques within their scope of practice and limitations of their certification, as governed by the Department of Public Health. This position will care for patients in the neonate, infant, child, adolescent, adult and geriatric age groups. Employee performs clinical duties in accordance with population specific guidelines and adheres to the Georgia Department of Public health, as outlined by the Georgia Office of EMS and Trauma.Minimum Job QualificationsLicensure or other certifications: State certification as Emergency Medical Technician.Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or GEDMinimum Experience: Level I--no experience.
