Stocking Team Supervisor

Job Overview Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary. Responsibilities Unload trucks and stock new freight in the backroom. Move and position merchandise to ensure accurate and timely stocking for customer availability. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material‑handling equipment as required. Maintain a clean and organized backroom and storage areas. Follow safety guidelines and company policies related to material handling. Qualifications Physical ability to lift and move items weighing more than 50 pounds. Previous experience operating forklifts or similar equipment preferred. Reliability and punctuality. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Compensation Hourly wage: $19 - $32 per hour . The rate meets or exceeds the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Annual or quarterly performance incentives are also available.
