The Program Analyst will support logistics and data analysis functions with a focus on COLTS and data mining to ensure effective program execution. This role is critical in providing accurate reporting and analysis for program decision-making.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLSMinimum five (5) years of COLTS experienceMinimum 10 years of Logistics/Data Mining experience (experience may overlap/concurrently run)Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or an additional six (6) years of job-related experience in lieu of a degree)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLSExperience preparing logistics reports and dashboards for leadership reviewFamiliarity with PMA-263 program requirements and military logistics systemsAdvanced Excel or data visualization tool expertiseRESPONSIBILITIESPerform data mining and analysis to support program logistics effortsUtilize COLTS to track, monitor, and report on asset status and readinessProvide detailed reports and recommendations to program managementIdentify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvementSupport Government stakeholders with data-driven decision-making
