Aaron's, Inc - 6275 University Drive Northwest - Responsibilities: Drive payment collections and lease renewals by understanding lease agreement benefits; Build relationships with customers over the phone and face-to-face to bring them closer to ownership; Assist the Customer Account Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals; Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management; Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle
